Arlene McLean has been missing since the 8th of Sept., 1999.
She was last seen in the Eastern Passage area of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
She is 28 yrs. old, 5'2" tall, 130-140 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was driving a 1993 4-door green/blue Hyundai Elantra;
Nova Scotia License plate CMG 691. The front plate is a Newfoundland flag.
Arlene has left behind her 8 year old son, Kevin. He is very confused and misses her very much.
